Hey guys,
Haven't made a post in quite a while, hope everyone is doing swell! :)
So this is my latest issue, i purchased two HD5870s from a mate of mine,
They're both MSI:
MSI R5870 PM2DIG - (

Master Slot
Core Clock 850Mhz
Mem Clock 1200Mhz
MSI R5870 Lightning - (

Slave Slot
Core Clock 900Mhz
Mem Clock 1200Mhz
So I'm running them in Crossfire at the moment but there seems to be a problem when i ran a Windows Experience Index there were slight screen tears and artifacts and then before the test could finish the machine crashed to a black screen a prompt to restart.
I then figured it might have something to do with the fact that the lightning is running at a slightly higher core clock so i downloaded MSI Afterburn and changed the core clock on the lightning to 850Mhz to match the standard card - but alas when i opened up a game there was frame freezing, artifacts and eventually the PC crashed to a black screen with a loud bleeping sound resonating from i think one of the graphic cards
Any ideas?
I figured that another issue might be that im running MSI After Burn and also have CCC (Catalyst Control Centre) running in the background (With Overdrive OFF) - because when i checked CCC and it says that my core clock on my lightning is still 900Mhz
Thank you in advance! :)
