Mofo! 2 really nice systems there.
1. We need to know what your application is with these systems? Gaming, coding, graphics processing, etc?
2. I think the AMD system is better value IMO, is the speed of the intel worth R2,5k too you?
3. The AMD system needs a bump up with the HDD specs, however, the additional 2.5k could get you a SSD for the primary HDD and bump up the 500gig to a 1T (or greater) for storage?
4. Honestly, the price of HDD's now is so low why would you go for anything less then 2T.
5. What do the 2 different cases look like?
6. How many SATA / USB slots on the mobo and is the AMD mobo USB 3 compatible?
7. Do any of the mobo's have a SPDIF or composite sound output?

Ooooh, i just mucked around on their website. Their HDD's are quite overpriced, you could save alot just by ordering of
I just looked at the SSD's, they are quite pricey. A 64G goes for about 2K, where you could get a 2T magnetic drive for R1k.
Also, the case in the pic isn't the actual case.
The way I reason is that if you're going to spend THAT much money on a harddrive, might as well bump it up to the next level and get completely blinding speed. The harddrive subsystem is the primary performance bottleneck on most computer systems. Actually, I'd recommend that you hold off getting SSDs until the price drops to a reasonable level (you'd be paying an absolutely CRIMINAL premium for them at the moment). Rather get a pair of WD Raptors. Less expensive and will still give you sterling performance.
