"An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Hi', Account: 'pop3.telkomsa.net', Server: 'smtp.dsl.telkomsa.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 550 Viagra SPAM - Hi in Subject', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69"

What do I do about this error I recieved on Outlook Express? I did a virus scan and all was good, now I am busy scanning my register, so far there were 17 problems found under the ActiveX/Classes Section. Has this got something to do with my Outlook Express problem, or is it completely seperate?

Internet Exploder is the cause of many, many problems!!!

Don't worry to much about Viagra SPAM error messages unless you're desperately in need of fake Viagra!

Hi, do you mean 'Internet Exploder', or do you mean "Internet Explorer"? Or is it just the nickname you all gave it? I still have I/Explorer, and I have just installed Firefox, will it matter if I keep both from the point of view of using up too much PC space? I gotta protect my space/ memory/ RAM (sorry don't know what to call it). PS: Am I supposed to be on this forum if I am fairly illiterate compared you all of you? Seems I won't necessarily have advice for others.

Guys guys, look at the error. As i have posted here > Understanding SMTP Error Messages the error code 550 is :

* 550 - The requested command failed because the user's mailbox was unavailable (for example because it was not found, or because the command was rejected for policy reasons).

This is error is server related. Could be that the mail box was locked or the mail was being scanned by a spam/virus filter.

My suggestion, get a SPAM filter and make sure your Anti virus software is updated and capable of scanning e-mail just to be safe. Close down the mail client and retry later.

BTW, we DO have free pcdoctors mail accounts!

Don't worry about that at all! Just keep posting your questions and you'll always have people on this site to help you out!

As for the space issue, don;t worry, firefox uses very little space so might as well keep both....

Sorry ... Internet Exploder is just my nickname for IE

@Dee ... how can you be illiterate if you can spell that word? Anyway, I know what you mean and no, by all means please ask away! Everybody can't be proficient at everything ... anyway, just remember a PC is simply a piece of machinery that can easily be fixed, so play around and have a ball!!! O ja, lastly, if all else fails ... simply reboot your PC!
